Speed Station Workouts

Join us three times a week for our new Speed Station Workout. This quick class is designed to fit everyone's busy schedual. This is a fast paced workout for the whole body, that challanges people of all abilities. 

 

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday start time is 9:00am
